

ABOUT ME
Cong Shu is a talented and accomplished music composer for films and TV shows. With a Master's degree in music composition from Long Island University and specialized training in composing for movies, he has made a name for himself in the industry. His first original music composition for the film "Angels Never Cry" in 2017 earned recognition from film festivals, with 7 wins and 5 nominations. In 2018, he orchestrated the opening music for the CCTV Spring Festival Gala in Beijing, which was viewed by over 1 billion people. Based in Los Angeles, Cong Shu continues to create impactful and memorable music for the film and TV industry.
As a professional music composer for films and TV shows, I bring a unique skillset to the industry. My Master's degree in music composition from Long Island University in New York, along with my completion of Film Scoring classes at UCLA Extension and a specialized course in composing music for movie trailers, advertisements, and movies, has equipped me with the knowledge and expertise needed to excel in this field.
My breakthrough came in 2017 when I composed my first original score for the film "Angels Never Cry", which was met with great success and won 7 awards, as well as received 5 nominations from various film festivals.
In 2018, I had the honor of orchestrating the opening music for the CCTV Spring Festival Gala in Beijing, which has a viewership of over 1 billion people and is one of the largest audiences in the world.
With years of experience composing and managing music for TV shows, films, and advertisements, I am committed to delivering high-quality and impactful work. I currently reside in West Los Angeles, United States, and am always looking for new and exciting opportunities in the industry.
